الإبداع الإداري لدى موظفي وزارة العمل في سلطنة عُمان في ضوء بعض المتغيرات
Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the level of administrative creativity, and the impact of demographic variable on the level of administrative creativity among employees of the ministry of labor in the sultanate of Oman. The study has followed the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire was selected as an essential mean of dada collection. The (337) questionnaires were randomly distributed to the sample of the study from various administrative divisions of the ministry and data was analyzed by the statistical package of social sciences program (SPSS). The results of the study found that the level of administrative creativity of employees of the ministry of labor in the Sultanate of Oman is high. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of administrative creativity attributable to the following variables: (age, scientific qualification, and number of years of service). While there are statistically significant differences in the level of administrative creativity attributable to the gender variable in favor of the male sample, and career position in favor of senior management
