درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال بالأردن لاستراتيجية إدارة الأزمة في عملهن الإداري في ظل جائحة كورونا واتجاهاتهن نحو التعلم عن بعد

Abstract

:The present study aims to reveal the degree to which kindergarten principals practice a crisis management strategy in their administrative work in light of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19) and their attitudes towards distance learning. The present study adopted a descriptive correlational approach. To achieve the aims of the study, a crisis management scale and attitudes towards distance learning scale were developed by the researchers. The sample consisted of (112) kindergarten female principals in Amman city. The most important findings of the present study indicated a low level of practice of the crisis management strategy in their administrative work (M= 2.01; SD= 0.78). Further, findings indicated a low level of attitudes towards distance learning (M= 2.26; SD= 0.86). Finally, several recommendations were provided in light of the study results, including conducting more future empirical studies on crisis management to kindergarten Principles.
